With this in mind, The Brand Orchestra and ROBOT — in cooperation with the design agency Studio 38 — developed the new HR campaign for Germany’s No. 1 jewelry retailer. In addition to a film that puts the company’s employees at the center, the campaign includes an HR marketing flyer, a print campaign with 11 visuals, as well as job ads, posters, and banners.
